Returns
If you wish to return items back to Bosta UK due to the wrong item delivered, the wrong quantity delivered or the item delivered is damaged, please complete the returns form to the right.
Any returns due to customer error are subject to a 20% restocking charge, plus transit costs to our warehouse in Holland and customs administration fees, a minimum of £50. This will be confirmed by email prior to collection.
Warranties

They can resolve installation problems and arrange spare parts to be sent and installed by engineers if necessary. They can also help you choose the correct products for any given situation.
